After a degree in Ceramics from Bristol University and further study at Saratoga University, New York State, I established my first workshop at Space Studios in London`s Docklands. After moving to Oxfordshire, I combined teaching Art and Ceramics with producing ceramics. My style and materials have evolved and changed over the years but drawing has always been an important part of my development. Travels in Central America and Africa have informed the designs of my recent work which involves scraffito drawing and under glazes and oxides. My work is both hand built and wheel thrown, I specialise in individual works.
