​AN EXHIBITION BY WEST OX ARTS MEMBERS!!! FEATURING THE COLLECTION OF WORK FROM "A NEW EPOCH EXHIBITION 2022 - WOA'S COMMUNITY PARTNER COLLABORATION WITH KELMSCOTT MANOR

CELEBRATIONS & JUBILATIONS   - 10 JANUARY - 4 FEBRUARY  2023
Our first Community Exhibition featuring artwork by Bampton primary school pupils, alongside Members of WOA. This is to celebrate 50 years since WOA was founded by John Birkhead. Inspired by Morris Dancing traditions and the shirt Race of Bampton. It will be a fun exhibition to highlight our past, feature the present and encourage future generations.  Come along and see what talented young people there are in Bampton and find out a little about the history of WOA.

West Ox Arts are delighted to announce that the Autumn and Christmas Arts and Crafts Show - 'A Christmas Cracker' is now in full swing.
We welcome you to our Bampton Gallery to visit ‘A Christmas Cracker!'  which started on Saturday 15 October and runs for ten weeks!   Come prepared for a visual and tactile feast, from glass to jewellery, watercolour to oils, textile wall art to photography, knitted wonders to felting, sculpted creations to wire and wood craftsmanship.

The perfect opportunity to discover your local community of artists and artisans.
With such a wealth of choice there will be plenty of inspiration for your Christmas shopping.

We look forward to welcoming you to our winter wonderland of unique Arts & Crafts very soon!

‘One’ being Pat Elmore RBA, an eminent stone carver who has exhibited extensively including galleries in Paris, London, Jersey and Monaco. Pat is a member of the Royal Society of British Artists. 
The other ‘Five’ exhibitors are; Ruth Gerring, Bill Grant, David Morton, Yvonne Robinson and Seija Wentworth, all well established and highly regarded artists who will be exhibiting a mixture of paintings and collages.


We are looking forward to presenting this current and diverse mix of talents in what is sure to be an inspiring few weeks here at the West Ox Arts Gallery.

We look forward to welcoming all into our inspiring art space to see a wonderful mix of local creative talents. We have had an unprecedented response with over 60 of our 2D and 3D artists submitting their fantastic work. From paintings, sculptures and glass to jewellery, textiles, wood and wirework, there is something for everyone on show. It is a perfect opportunity to see a broad selection of exhibits using a wide array of fascinating techniques.

Our membership costs per annum are:
£10 student
£25 individual
£45 family (two adults and children under 16)

​Our gallery is run by artists for artists and a registered charity.

By joining us you will be making a valuable contribution towards promoting the arts to the whole community in West Oxfordshire and the surrounding area.
