​I create photographs that aim to capture the spirit of a person, animal, tree or landscape. The more metaphysical or mystical the image, the better, without being too abstract!
 
I have lived in a few places around the world and travelled a lot. I am a predominantly self-taught photographer who just wishes to capture the fleeting beauty in whatever catches my eye, which, in turn, creates a feeling of wanting to share that image with others. If my perception of beauty can be shared and appreciated, that makes me happy. I am in awe of other photographers’ works of art and they remind me of this commitment to create and share spirited beauty.
 
Taking a camera with me is a choice to commit to waking up to the beauty of wherever it is I am going. My intention is to capture beauty as I subjectively see it, with no motivation other than a desire to exchange moments of magic experienced during our short visit to this planet, on this occasion!
