EDWARD MOSS
Edward Moss has always had a passion for wildlife and comes from a family of watercolour artists. He studied golden eagles for six years in northern Sweden with the view to becoming a wildlife biologist but the stress of academic life on his epilepsy caused a radical career change.
With his artistic talent and great knowledge of wildlife his change in career would be to become a wildlife artist. Edward paints striking watercolours that strive to capture the movement, form and behaviour of all his subjects bringing them to life on paper in his loose and eye-catching style. Edward has studied with various well known artists, for example Julia Cassels, Jake Winkle, Liz Chaderton, Sarah Stokes to name a few, and has also been highly commended at the Oxford Open Art Exhibition 2021. Edward considers making art a way of relaxing his mind and a way to express his love and visualisations of the natural world. When these both merge his health is not only better, but also his art.
