CLAIRE MILNER

I studied wood carving and gilding at the City and Guilds of London Art School and it was there I learnt the technique of verre églomisé  whereby metal, typically gold or silver leaf, is applied to glass using water and gelatine to create a magical image or design. I combine this with my love of poetry and unusual words and phrases to create reflective pieces.
