By Sue Bovington

This ancient form of book binding can be traced back to the 4th century Christian Coptic Church in Egypt. The book has
hard covers, and the paper page sections are attached to each other with chain stitch links which are visible across the
spine. This contrasting stitching makes for a visually appealing finished book.

Participants are encouraged to bring a snack.
